This website collects the following data, only when you voluntarily fill in a form:

First and last name
Company name and business sector
Email address
Phone number
Information about your project (budget, timeline, message)

Purpose of processing

This data is collected solely to get back to you regarding your request for a quote, an audit or an appointment. It is never sold, transferred, or used for any commercial purpose other than following up on your request.

Legal basis

The processing of your data is based on your explicit consent, given when you submit a form (mandatory checkbox).

Data recipients

Your data is transmitted to Num&Com via the following services, used as technical data processors:

Formspree (processing of contact forms)
Calendly (appointment booking, if you book a time slot)

These services may host data outside the European Union. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for more details: Formspree, Calendly.

Data retention period

Data submitted through our forms is kept for a period of 3 years from our last contact with you (quote, audit, appointment), in accordance with the recommendations of the French data protection authority (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés, CNIL) regarding commercial prospecting. After this period, the data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right of access, rectification, erasure and portability of your data, as well as the right to object to and to restrict processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@numandcom.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés, the French data protection authority) if you believe your rights are not being respected.
